It is our managed India-origin service. We onboard your suppliers, control every purchase order, follow production, verify cargo readiness, plan pickup and consolidation, handle documents and customs, book the freight and pre-alert your destination agent. It is offered at three levels: basic coordination, full PO management, or a full India-origin control tower.

Each PO is logged with its number, buyer, supplier, product, quantity, ship-by date, destination, Incoterm and priority. From there we record every step as a dated milestone: supplier acknowledgement, production, ready date, cargo ready, pickup and shipment.

Yes. Suppliers confirm their open POs, declare cargo ready with cartons, weights, dimensions and CBM, and upload the invoice, packing list and other export documents against the order. Our operations team reviews each update before it moves to shipment planning.

It is raised as an exception: delayed production, missing documents, quantity variance or cargo not ready. You are told what happened, what it does to the ship-by date and what we recommend, while we follow up with the supplier.

The origin and destination, the commodity (with its HS code if you have it), the number of packages, gross weight and dimensions, the preferred mode (air or ocean) and the Incoterm agreed with your buyer or supplier.

No. Our quotes list freight, local charges and clearance fees separately, so you know exactly what you are paying for. If a carrier changes a surcharge, we tell you before it is applied.

Air freight suits urgent, high-value or lightweight cargo. Ocean freight is the cost-effective choice for larger volumes, either as a full container (FCL) or as shared container space (LCL). We recommend the mode that fits your deadline and budget.

With FCL (Full Container Load), a container carries only your cargo. With LCL (Less than Container Load), your cargo shares a container with other shipments and you pay for the space you use, which is usually more economical for smaller shipments.

Yes. We coordinate pickups from several suppliers, consolidate the cargo and ship it together, with one point of contact for the whole order.

Yes. We handle export customs clearance in India and check your documents before filing to avoid delays. Clearance at the destination is coordinated with our overseas partners.

Usually a commercial invoice, a packing list, your Importer Exporter Code (IEC) and the shipping bill, plus the bill of lading or air waybill for the shipment. Some goods and destinations also need a certificate of origin or other permits; we confirm exactly what applies to your cargo.
