What we collect

Two things: what you type into a form, and the technical information every website receives from the browser that asked for a page.

• Form details - your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the shipment details you choose to give us: route, mode, cargo, packages, weight, ready date, Incoterm and any note you add.
• A file you attach to a quote request - a packing list, a purchase order, photographs or an earlier invoice.
• Request data - the page you asked for, the date and time, your browser and your IP address. This sits in the hosting server's own logs, as it does for every website.

What we use it for

Enquiry details are used to answer the enquiry: to price a shipment, to answer a question, or to put you in touch with the person who handles that lane. Request data is used to keep the site working and secure.

We do not sell or rent what you send us, and asking us for a rate does not put you on a marketing list.

What happens on this demonstration site

The site you are reading is a demonstration build, and it has no database behind it. A form you send is checked for completeness and written to the application log so the team can see the form working - nothing is stored against your name, and no email leaves the site.

A file you attach is checked for type and size and then discarded with the request; only its file name reaches that log entry. When the site goes live, submissions will be stored in the company's own system and this section will be replaced by a description of that.

Cookies

There is no analytics, no advertising and no visitor tracking on this site: no pixel, no ad network and no profiling script on any page.

Two cookies are set, and both exist so that the forms work:

• A session cookie, which keeps your entry attached to your browser while you are filling a form in.
• A token cookie, which lets us confirm that a form was submitted from this site and not from somewhere else.

Content we load from other companies

The contact page embeds a Google map so you can find the office. When that map loads, your browser talks to Google directly and Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy; nothing about you comes back to us from it.

The WhatsApp, social media and other external links on the site are ordinary links. Nothing is shared with those companies until you follow one.

How long we keep it

An enquiry stays with the team while it is being answered, and for as long as the shipment it refers to may need it. Because this demonstration has no database, nothing you send it is kept beyond the log entry described above.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to do any of the following. Send the request through the contact page and mark it as a privacy request; we reply to the address the request came from.

• Tell you what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete what we no longer need for the enquiry or shipment it belongs to.
• Stop contacting you.

Changes to this policy

If this page changes, the date under the title changes with it. The version published here is the one that applies.
